MomentumX uses the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA) as the terms of use for the application. The full text is available here:

Subscription terms

MomentumX offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features.

Available subscriptions

• Pro Monthly — billed monthly
• Pro Annual — billed annually

Payment

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Prices are displayed inside the app and may vary by region.

Auto-renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the chosen subscription.

Managing your subscription

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings → Subscriptions on your device. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple, not MomentumX. You can request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem page.

Free trials

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
